Space, Consciousness and Sustainability Studio

The studio serves as platform for a critical discussion of the questions of the day in our Israeli environment from a broad perspective, taking into consideration multiple contexts – historical, political, social and cultural – while paying special attention to the physical and mental relationships between humans and their surroundings.

Alongside environmental issues, the studio is open to any field of interest, inviting discovery journeys into unexplored territories, testing the discipline's boundaries and expanding them.

As a pluralist framework, the studio encourages autonomous thinking, letting each student follow her or his personal inclination, using their own tools and tone. Consequently, the resulting outputs vary significantly, reflecting a wide range of motivations; concrete or abstract, practical or poetic, naïve or critical.
