Tagit Klimor is a founding partner of Knafo Klimor Architects, an artist and a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Architecture and Town Planning at the Technion, Haifa, Israel. Tagit has been responsible for the design of a wide variety of numerous large-scale projects in the highest architectural standard including public and institutional buildings, education, hi-tech plants, commercial developments, housing, urban design and town planning. Tagit expresses her personal vision of advancing a holistic approach which takes into consideration technological issues combined with cultural and human values. As a part of her dedication for environmental issues and her belief in the important role of education Tagit initiated a course 'Holistic Approach to Sustainability' - M.Sc Course in Green Buildings Program at the Technion. Tagit lectured in sustainable architecture conferences and is active in sustainable architecture organizations. Tagit comprehensive approach and involvement throughout architecture, integrates critical thinking and aesthetics with environmentally responsibility. Her works have won awards citations, published in professional magazines and have been exhibited worldwide.
