Congratulations to Ofer Lerner on his selection to the list of the Top Ten Influencers in Planning for the year 2025-2026 By the Israel Planners Association.

Ofer took upon himself the management of the Center for Urban and Regional Studies, was a partner in developing the continuing education institute and professional advancement courses, establishing the Technion entity of a research institute, organizing faculty events and workshops, providing advice, and mobilizing resources in the center.
