Omer Barr is an architect with a master’s degree from Columbia University in New York and a bachelor’s degree from the Bezalel Academy in Jerusalem. He is a founding partner at o2a studio, an award-winning multidisciplinary office for architecture and urban planning. The firm is involved in planning projects ranging from urban planning, public and residential buildings to museum exhibitions and digital art in the public space. Omer teaches and conducts academic research in the fields of digital design and the integration of computerized design processes as a part of daily architectural practice and has taught at Columbia University, Bezalel and Shenkar.
