Environmental planner and lawyer. Holds a B.A in Agriculture (with honors) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, a Bachelor's degree in Law (with honors) from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya, and a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning (with honors) from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Her thesis, supervised by Professor Rachel Alterman, dealt with "Land Rights and the Capacity to Preserve Open Spaces in Israel." Has experience in environmental planning as an environmental planner and head of the Planning and Research Department at the Society for the Protection of Nature in Israel, a representative of non-governmental environmental organizations in the National Planning and Building Committee and the National Infrastructure Committee ; head of the Planning Department at the Ministry of Environmental Protection (acting), and as a consultant in the field of environmental planning in the private sector. From 2016 to 2023, served as the CEO of the Society for the Protection of Nature in Israel, the largest and oldest nature conservation organization in Israel.
