Avishag Shemesh, a licensed architect, graduated the Technion in 2010. She gained her experience in designing public buildings, residential buildings, neighborhoods, urban planning and more. Now she is a PhD candidate in the direct lane. In her PhD, under the supervision of Associate Prof Yasha Grobman, she investigates the connection between geometry of spaces and emotions. Her research is multidisciplinary and involves different fields such as architecture, design, electrical engineering and brain science. She is also an adjunct lecturer in the faculty.
